The n-Trance n-Tegrity Professional 1GB Secure Data Storage device performs very well. The initial finger scanning went smoothly and only took a couple attempts before I was getting successful registrations. Upon scanning to unlock, it fails every now and then, but that is typically due to improper finger speed across the scanning surface. The device will not unlock unless all security measures have been passed, so overall, the n-Tegrity is extremely reliable and a great performer

At $69 the n-Trance n-Tegrity Professional 1GB Secure Data Storage device is priced nice.

Great design; small and compact. The slide down connector cover ensures the USB connector stays safe and the scanning sensor remains clean and free of debris. The included USB extension cable makes scanning easy for the user when there are hard to reach or oddly angled USB ports.

The device is sturdy and rugged. I would feel comfortable bringing the n-Tegrity into a combat zone. The sensor has great 508 dpi sensitivity and is covered by the slide down cover when not in use. Great quality.

With the ability to launch a multitude of applications (as well as disable this ability) coupled with defense in depth security features, the n-Tegrity is an amazing device that enhances security. Many friends and family members of hardware-pacers staff still save passwords on home computers and use the "remember my password" function despite security risks. The n-Tegrity is a perfect device for those users because it can accommodate the same functionality with great security. For those of you out there with wives or children who refuse to listen to security warnings, the n-Tegrity is the right gift this Christmas.
