Introduction:
Transcend was
founded in 1988 with only two products, the "JetMate" laser printer and the "KeyPro"
software protection system. Today they have over 2000 memory modules for
devices such as desktops, notebook PCs, servers, workstations, digital still
cameras, fax machines, video games and other devices. Recently, Transcend
released a new
product, a multimedia device identified as the TV-BOX USB2.0.
Transcend
TV-Box USB2.0 captures video from an antenna, cable, television set, DVD
player, VCR and other video devices. It can also capture images, full motion
videos and it has a built in TV tuner. It includes software
that allows a computer to be turned into a digital recording station. This product is
beneficial for people who do not have room for a TV or people who want 2 in 1
solution of having TV viewing and computer operations on one screen.
