Introduction:

The smart fans are unique of the reasons such as they are capable of being manually controlled, temperature controlled, or just have them working at full speed. For people who are considering building a new system, case fans may not be the most vital device in a system, however it is a device that lowers the case temperature and the CPU temperature. The lower the CPU temperature, the higher a user can overclock their CPU. Smart Case Fan II has a top RPM of 4700, which is fast enough to position on top of a CPU heatsink or cool the most extreme case temperatures.
